My client is looking for a person to come in and develop an IT function which will underpin the business activities of my client by delivering strategically driven systems, hardware and software. In particular this will include: · Develop and implement strategy for the operation of IT across the Consulting business · Develop and implement consistent business policy for operation*maintenance of IT hardware and software · Ensure all IT strategy, function and operation is focused towards user efficiency and customer delivery · Identify*agree*deliver service level agreements standards · Work as part of the Consulting executive management team · Manage the IT function within the business providing clear vision, direction and leadership · Identify key risks and issues to the business posed by a potential failure in service provision and ensures that all appropriate actions are taken to mitigate risks · Ensure legal compliance of business activities including documentation and audit functions where appropriate This is a cracking opportunity and a real challenge for the right person so if you have the management experience, drive and customer focus that can take this role forward then send your CV to me ASAP.
